Shipping to South Florida

For those South Florida orders being told the vehicle is stuck in Nogales. I was told my vehicle was on a bnsf railcar. Since Sept 7, I have been told by ford chat, ford customer service and my dealer as recently as today the the vehicle is in Nogales. This afternoon I called all 3 train companies and entered the railcar info. I was pleased to discover my maverick is in St. Louis being shipped on Norfolk southern. We are in east central Florida... Ours left Mexico 9/14, got to Tucson 9/16, and apparently we are stuck there. The CSX message says "bad order." Looked up the train glossary definition...it means the rail car is side-tracked due to some repair issue. Needless to say, our excitement is quickly becoming disappointment.
