Seat adjustability in Maverick XL for shorter driver

I have a family member who is short, I am concerned that the XL non powered version won't have same adjustability as the powered version. Anyone know if both the powered and non-powered has the same range of motion? Anyone short sit in the XL maverick?

I think my GF will at least get the XLT, but hopefully it will have quite a bit of seat lift, or else she will need a booster seat She's only 5'1"

6 way manual or 8 way power. All of this is right on ford's website. If you select the trim it tells you what it comes with
