Saw something similar last year at a local dealer (don't remember the month but it was within the first 6 months), they had about 20 XL's on the commercial side and it was a 50/50 mix of hybrids and gas

They have specifically been holding your order back. All the fleet orders are delivered within two weeks.Nice job Ford. Build hundreds if not thousands white XL hybrids for fleet buyers. But you can’t build my 16 month order

No surprise. Not what you know, or even who you know. It is how many you buy. Guess if you drop a million and a half at one time, you get pushed to the head of the line.
Think Ford said XL was planned for 15% of MY23 production, who knows. The way Ford decides to build things is a mystery and then there's dealer allocation on top of that. You could get a email today with a vin and all or it never gets built. Roll of the Dice and Luck IMO. Being EB possibly could help you a little bit. Hope you get your truck soonNo wonder Ford wants customers to change to XLT. They are selling all the XL's to fleet customers. Makes me wonder if I will get an XL this year!
I have 2 ordered and I looked at the magic 8 ball -No wonder Ford wants customers to change to XLT. They are selling all the XL's to fleet customers. Makes me wonder if I will get an XL this year!
My reaction as well. I did not expect it to be that many....Unreal totally unreal.
The question of the day - when Ford says the XL is constrained are they including the Fleet numbers - if so looks doubtful on many individuals getting one.My reaction as well. I did not expect it to be that many....
I count 25 columns of 7 or 8 trucks, more or less. (probably less in the slanted rows). That's allot. However, in reality it's far below a single day's production (especially all the same color and equipment)...
