Scraping noise

My 2024 Hybrid makes a scraping noise randomly when I go through a dip in the road. I have inspected the underside and found no evidence of scraping. Anyone else have this issue?

Just a guess - have you looked under the engine at the access panel they remove during an oil change to see if maybe it is not properly secured?

There is nothing hanging down underneath.

Do you have larger tires than stock? Could be your tires rubbing the wheel wells. What (if anything) have you changed from stock?

May be hard to do but try to record it.
Have a passenger / helper help you.
Post the video / sound recording here.

If possible see if it is reliably repeatable by going through the same dip or bump multiple times.
