Received my XLT Hybrid on 4/1

Received my Mav on 4/1, about a week after the scheduled deliver date; all went well, no hassle from Ford of Queens Blvd in Queens NY. No dealer mark ups, on price we agreed on. Finance guy wasn't too much trouble either. So far, after 600miles driven from Long Island to Easton Area in PA (and in between), I've been getting 41.3 MPG with mixed driving , most on highway. When I am in town or in NYC, hardly wastes anything though. In fact, the MPG seems to get better in the city. I will do some calculations with the gas spend to see what I have used so far and repost later. Currently, I have just under 3/4 tank left and the dash reads 431 miles to Empty. if true, that would be about 2 and half fill; ups to get to FL. not bad​

I really like the Alto Blue. I have been on the fence as I have seen other blue trucks that look "too blue" to me. This looks almost black, with a hint of blue when the light hits it. Perfect for me since I typically like gray, but was trying to get out of my comfort zone and pick a color this time

1st Tank Refill on my Hybrid XLT was 470.1 Miles Driven/ 11.719 Gallons = 40.11 MPG Real Calculation not from dashboard MPG. That is much better than expected as most of my driving is Highway. I feel very fortunate to have waited 9 Months and actually receive my Maverick where others have not yet received their's. Great truck if you can hang in there. You will enjoy it when you get it.
