Mine is tomorrow. ordered 6/10/21Mine should be built next week!
My Ute is complete, got the fender flares from real truck for $399. Installation was fairly straightforward. Working with the factory fastener was a pain, and they wouldn’t fit thru the holes on the bushwhacker flares, so I had to drill bigger holes. If I was to do it again I would buy all new hardware, 1/8 longer to account for the added thickness. And it would be much easier to put back together with new fasteners. Looks like a mini Raptor.
your Maverick is Hot pepper red not Rapid red first edition your roof would be blacked out as well as your mirrors. My Ute is complete, got the fender flares from real truck for $399. UPDATE PLEASE? Received yet?Yep, my build date now slipped to week of July 4th...it's my 5th email from Ford slipping the production build date. Good thing they don't celebrate our independence day in Mexico...always heard never to buy a vehicle manufactured on a holiday week!! Oh well, not going to take delivery of the Maverick anyway till we get back from our RV trip to Alaska. Just waiting till gas prices get a bit higher before we depart (yes we are nuts...just spending the kids inheritance). And yes, the dealer said he'd "hold" the Maverick till we return! Fingers crossed!!!!

I would guess the higher price and lack of a hybrid option for the Santa Cruz are the primary reasons for the difference in sales.Sales Numbers - Compact Pickups - Q2 2022 - USA

With these stats - in my opinion - Ford made the right decision to build off a "truer" Truck profile to meet a hidden niche in the Truck market! Too many people wanted a Truck- like vehicle, BUT NOT in the size options that were previously offered.
And the pundits were correct in their assessment of the SC -v- Mav - indicating that the SC was a choice for someone seeking a "life style" choice, not seeking the look and feel of a Truck.
Hyundai made a really good product, as I have stated, I currently own one - I am excited to know that one of my Maverick 1st Ed "probably will arrive" in September, October at the latest! That will be a defining moment for me - do I retain the SC Limited or keep the 1st Ed Maverick??
