What about built (hybrid) but still sitting in Mexico waiting for ok to buy release? Just check the scheduled box I guess? Mine was built almost 6 weeks ago but they won't ship it to me.

I’d count that as built (but that’s annoying to be sure).

I voted XLT w/0 lux but didn’t order until Oct 14 so may not be a “good” vote as my dealer told me at time of order probably won’t be built till Feb or March at time of order

My hybrid built last month is stuck in Mexico too! The eco shipped mid Sept not long after EPA gave its official mpg. However, the hybrid EPA mpg has been out for a few weeks but Ford is still 1 1/2+ months away from its first Jan deliveries, even on our built trucks? Something is off. Maybe their engineers need time to fix a problem they are not telling us about.

Notice that the letter we got from Ford with the free stuff never apologized for the delay and it just says we will get our hybrids in a few months. Come January they can tell us sorry, now March (or later).

My dealer told me Ford has not given them a reason for this extended delay either. He did not seem happy because with few cars to sell, this is holding up his and a lot of sales commissions across the country. We need to help each other so let me know if you hear anything. Thanks.

I finally got mine but most people are in the dark. Here is Ford's promise to everyone in their Oct 21 email that gave hybrid order holders the free FITS items: "Your 2022 Maverick Hybrid pickup will be delivered next year, and rest assured that we'll continue to keep you updated."

I would call and write the CEO, CFO, VPs and every board member on their website and hold them to this promise to keep you updated. You should not have to guess if your truck will ever be built.
