I need y’all to talk me odd the ledge. I have tried to stay patient. But I find myself loosing hope. I was never more excited to order my 2022 Maverick Lariat Lux First Edition back in September of 2021. And here I am (along with you all) wondering what will happen with our orders. I honestly think the “not knowing” is the hardest part. The silence truly is deadly. So how are you all handling it? I’m trying hard to keep my 2007 Edge going without putting a lot of money into it but I’m losing hope!
As far as my order is concerned it’s still confirmed. I have a VIN but no build date that I’ve been made aware of.

Call your dealer or call FORD Maverick Marketing - either can tell you a build week if you already have a VIN #. Have your order number when you call. You're not going to hear anything from FORD without contacting them directly until you have an actual build day. At that point, you can get a copy of your window sticker.

My gut says Ford will make every effort and then some to get every FE out the door that was ordered even at the expense of other models. I would advise to you to continue to be patient.

Hang on the vin number means it’s definitely coming they just dont know when.

I know. You're all excited and then the days turn into months and it's a bummer. Then, you get a scheduled date and you get optimistic and it turns into angst because it's a race to the changeover date. Still wondering myself.

Hang in. The one I ordered was in production and I had a VIN since June 26. Just got a email from Ford it will be at the dealer October 2-5th. I ordered 11/20 and bought one that was refused mid December. The one coming in is already spoken for.

Give Ford a call at 800-334-4375. Always friendly and sometimes they have information before your salesman.
