I just watched @fordvideoguy Q&A from last night(8/24) and Tim mentioned there is a big Ford Dealer Meeting happening this week in Dallas. Tim mentioned the dealers at the meeting are allowed to test drive the Maverick but cannot film anything. I am just curious, does anyone know where this is taking place in Dallas? I would love to be a Gladys Kravitz and spy on this event.

I have been trying to find any expiration date for the reported embargo for reporting about test drives for the Maverick, and if the Dealers can test drive then I suspect it's getting close.

Great looking topper, any sign of who manufactured it? I see the Ford logo, but you know they didn’t make it any more than they make there own tonneau covers.

Technically no but it’s like a tradeshow(what I do for a living) and if you just walk confidently like you know what you’re doing most “guards” don’t care.

The Maverick test drives are happening on Olive and Live Oak, backside of the Sheraton.

No, they would farm this out and slap their name on it just like they do with BAK Industries hard folding and hard rolling tonneau covers, which are both cheaper buying from BAK. Added the pic from the cap, Snug Top makes it.
