Personally would have opted for EB/4K if pulling that.

I'm thinking hybrid is good for 8' single axle open type utility/landscape trailers max

Because you have tried it, and was disappointed?

I think its fair to say this is definitely at the top end of what the hybrid can/should handle. I can tell you by looking at it that its somewhere between 2x-3x more frontal area then the max of 20sqft for the hybrid.
This camper doesn’t feel like it’s a strain. The power indicator stays around 30% when level and went to about 70% climbing steep grades. The frontal area is more than recommended, but I don’t think all frontal area is the same. A flat object going through the air can generate more drag than an object of the same size but with aerodynamic shaping.

Can’t see much of the camper. Nice truck, though.

OK, that’s a very nice camp trailer. I can see why you like it. Thanks for adding the pictures.
The trailer probably cost more than the Maverick?

No but I’ve done plenty of towing and he’s topping out. Also would want brakes with such a light tow vehicle like the Mav

I bought this used for 14k. It’s a 2019.
