Some glossy black wrap from Amazon/ebay could be had for under $20. Probably the cheapest solution and it won't take any more time than installing new covers.

I'm not sure of the OEM part numbers but I do know that the mirror caps don't come painted. You'd have to buy the smooth caps and then paint them yourself or have them painted professionally.

Something like these covers would be a much cheaper/easier option to get a similar look though: TECHPICCO Side Mirror Cover Caps ABS Plastic Rear View Mirrors Cover Protector Scratch-Resistant I had similar "tape-on covers" on my F150, they looked just as good and saved me ~$150 vs. buying smooth ones and having them painted.
