I ordered my Hybrid from Platinum Ford in Terrell TX yesterday. Just got the order paperwork in. I was very clear that I wanted a Maverick at MSRP. Got the paperwork saying I'll pay MSRP plus TTL and signed it. Just got my order confirmation in.
Totaled my first vehicle last month. Should've killed me. It was a 2018 Frontier. I've always paid for good insurance and it finally paid off, so I have a regular down payment after paying off the loan on the totaled truck.
My first truck was an old '97 Ford F-150. Then I owned a '99 Mazda B3000 (which is a Ford Ranger with a Mazda sticker slapped on the back). I went Nissan for three months and I figured the wreck was a sign. I'm pumped for my new Hybrid. I'm even excited about the wait. Just going to research and learn everything I can.
I'm looking in to a bed mat and I'm going to order some nice seat covers as well. I've never bought a new truck and I'm glad my first will be a Maverick.
