Thinking the same thing. Nothing wrong with my Silverado but age and size. Was planning on selling it after the Maverick was all settled in, but maybe holding on to a big truck for a while longer wouldn't be a bad idea....

My thought exactly... Mav on order & (was going to) replace our oldie but goodie - 2004 FX4 SuperCrew F150 w/ 5.4 3V V8 & only 72K orig. miles and we're orig. owners also... so yeah, might just have an older big brother in the driveway for a bit

The situation in the US, luckily, is a bit more optimistic. While not nearly on the scale of China, the US is a global producer of magnesium as well. As long as American auto plants can get their hands on enough semiconductors, production shouldn’t quite hit a total standstill.

Says right in there America produces our own so good likelihood American manufacturers may be ok. But hey I have mine so if it does it just makes the value hold where it is or increase.
