So I finally was able to communicate with the dealership and they apologized and told me they hadn't placed the order until recently. They told me they'd give me 2 yrs free maintenance and I had him put it in writing. Other than that, I'm not sure what else I can do. He told me that "I'm still on track to receive my truck by October." Disappointed but dealing with it. Thank you for all the responses. I appreciate it.
