I used trade in equity to order and pay in full for a fully loaded Lariat 1st edition on June 9, 2021 in central Ohio. I've had 3 build dates, (last one was week of July 4th), from Ford and have had a copy of the window sticker for 2 months. Still waiting... then received the email yesterday, (07/14/22), saying they are sorry for the delays but they'll get back with me in 45 days. I'm guessing that will certainly push the order into next year's model. My wife tells me that patience is a virtue, but I'm just about running out of both.

If they push you into next year it won’t exactly be a first edition. My money on is on you get your truck built as a MY22.

Plus, they will have to reissue the VIN you have now to a MY23 VIN. That’s not likely.
