It’s a coating you put on your paint, like a ceramic coating. This is a 7 year product so it keeps the finish on the truck looking amazing for up to 7 years.
Ok. I'll put it on my list as something to look into. All of these options are getting expensive, lol. Speaking of expense may I ask what the Graphene coating costs?

Also does anyone still do Ziebart rust proofing protection on their vehicles anymore? My father in law still swears by it but I never hear anyone outside of him talk about it:)

I plan on ordering a MY2023 Hybrid Maverick as soon as I can. I was looking over the options choices for the 2022 and I wanted to get the threads opinions on certain options.

Spray in liner - seems like a no brainer to me. How is the quality on this if ordered right from the factory?

Protective film for hood and fenders ($360 for 2022). Anyone here have this? If so, is it worth it? Seems like it might help protect the paint on the hood especially from those pesky debris that can murder a paint job? Worth it?

Tonneau cover - hard rollup or hard trifold: Would most likely go with the hard Tonneau but not sure which one here. How is the quality? Or is aftermarket a better bet for a hard tonneau cover?

Splash Guards - seem like they might help protect the vehicle somewhat? Worth it?

Any other options/accessories that you might feel beneficial feel free to let me know.
You might want to change your mind on the spray liner, cover. I ordered XLT last October and still no truck. Cancelled out spray liner, cover July 6 & still no production date. Might as well to plan on a long wait for your 2023. There are a lot of us still waiting for 2022 & are probably going to be rolled over into 2023s with the 2022s having priority

I use a touchless high power car wash at least twice a week and it’s totally fine. And yes the bed liner is fantastic!

I’ve ordered the floor liners but they haven’t come in yet. I’ve only had it for a month so I’ll start to worry closer to winter haha.

I got the Gator tri-fold soft cover and love it! It’s cheap, good quality and comes on or off in 2mins. Not completely water tight but nothing really is.

Haven’t heard many good things about the factory mud guards so I’m going aftermarket on those. There are some great options.

Still waiting to get the tint done, hopefully soon. Did a full Graphene coating which is amazing. Well worth the money for the protection.

Good luck with your order sir!!
I can 2nd that the gator trifold is good I have it on mine I also do have the floor liners from the factory and I'm perfectly happy with mine protects everything really good. It has looks to me almost like they can hold about a gallon of anything you feel like spelling in them at least too. I had my bed liner done after I bought it. I don't actually know if mine had the front paint protect but have had my truck for just over 9 month and still looks almost perfect and I live in Maine and it went through the winter, I also use a touchless car wash ALOT cause of the salt up here I had the truck undercoating with "military grade" package but it's one of the first things a maine car own is told.... "In winter you hit the car wash almost as much as the gas station..... if not more"

Do yourself a favor and make sure to order the trailer hitch or tow package. In MY22 it was included in "some" packages or could be ordered separate for like $100, waaaaaaaaaay more expensive to add after the vehicle is built. Theirs lots of uses for in other than trailer towing, i.e. bike racks, etc., never know when you might have a need for it.

You mentioned getting the truck undercoated with the military grade package. Is this something similar to a Ziebart coating? I assume this coating you mention is to prevent rust and corrosion?

May I ask what the cost was? I am in Michigan and would probably get my Maverick undercoated as well.

I am not sure what a Ziebart coating is but yes it is undercoating for rust and corrosion protection. I did it at my dealer since they had a Line-X built off to the side. I also used my $210 that I got for buying a Gas ford from Ford rewards (anyone that buys any ford gets rewards but they need to sign up and register for it I got 42,000 points which is 210 dollars) but cost without discounts was $400 for the spray in bed liner and $1200 for the military undercoat. (I think it was $999 if I went fir normal) so I paid under 1500 after tax for both. The big difference between reg and military was the thickness and they fogged inside the rocker panels (running boards) and a few other spots so that it was treated insde and out. And both came with a warranty the undercoat was 7(?) Years I believe so if I got any corrosion on treated part they would redo it

Any Graphene or ceramic coating will run between $800 and $1200. In my opinion it’s money well spent

I'm adding the tow hitch and 4-pin connector to my Hybrid. For $100, it looks like a no-brainer just to have the extra capability.

I'd eventually like to order a hybrid Lariat with the luxury package, but it includes a spray-in bedliner, which has been a constraint item lately.

What happens in that case? Does Ford just credit you for the unavailable option and build the rest of the order? If so, that would be mostly fine, as I can always get a spray-in bedliner on the aftermarket. The rub is I'm betting that Ford would only credit their cost for it, not what they charge customers for it, or what aftermarket dealers would charge customers for it.
I have what you like (Hybrid Lariat with Lux package and Co- Pilot) early order came with SIBL, but drop in liners are really nice quality. Because of the low starting price of the hybrid, getting the Lariat with lux package, gave me a lot more options then I needed, and was still lower then anything else out there. I wanted push button start, nicer interior, and safey features. Got all that, plus a shitload of crap I'll never use for under $33K out the door. Also Hot Pepper Red paint! Everyone who sees my truck wants one.

That is a great deal! I had my last car (19 Accord Sport 2.0T) and my VW Atlas ceramic coated by someone at my job on the cheap as well. If I still lived close to that locating I'm sure I would have done the same to my Maverick but it's a pretty big distance away now so it wasn't as convenient.

Saying that, I am BLOWN AWAY by this Graphene coating vs my 2 vehicles that have ceramic on them. The level of shine and water beading is crazy and far superior than the CeramicPro I've had previously.
