My dealer is saying only reorders right now... is that true?

I was not a re-order, but I did meet my local dealer a few months back to create a draft for my 2023 Maverick. They called me 10 minutes ago to confirm my order and let me know they will be submitting it shortly.

It is not out yet but the order banks did open and orders were being placed until the system crashed.

What a shock. Ford delays the opening of the order banks by weeks and yet still seems totally unprepared when it comes to actually updating everything, communicating with dealers, and making it possible to order one.
