The trouble is a glitch in the email provider I use, 1 of the biggest in the country?
She said she has had the same email trouble with 1 other customer, also 1 of the largest providers, NOT the one I use

I used my gmail (NOT my favorite) account PROBLEM solved
Build sheet has been sent and received.
DORA has been sent AND received YEA

Name names! You should say who it is -- maybe others that haven't received their confirmation email use the same provider.

How do you confirm if the changes are in? Ashley sent me a revised dora but it says preview order. I said it looks good but didnt get an acknowledgement.

Can we assume it is already changed on Fords system? Dont we need to paper signed again the revised dora?

Remember what DORA stands for. Dealer Order Receipt Acknowledgement. The ONLY way the dealer gets that is if the data input is correct. If all his good, they get a receipt. So basically, it's in. I've made 3 changes and this is how I have done each time. You're good.

I remember and had both, thought aol was gone.
Who runs yahoo, used to be att, then Verizon, not sure now.
hotmail was HOT for a while, I still get a few spam from people using it

What is really fun, and funny... I still have an email address @netscape.net.... True Story! I use it frequently - the domain is now owned by AOL. Of course I have multiple email addresses of which are more "up to date" providers.

I'll admit I still use hotmail. IT was my email since 7th grade, and I'm now 36
