I have ordered with Chapman in July and verified the reservation with Ford customer service, and I also received the email from ford that day I reserved.
however once I log in the ford.com account I do not see the vehicle listed under "my reservation". Is this something you also experienced?
Is Tom/his team contacting you once you get scheduled?
About 95% of us have the same results you have on the Ford.com site. If you received an email confirmation from Ford, you're good.

nobody will have that show up under their account until they get a VIN and even then I think you have to add it yourself

Did you receive the email from ford (around 10am on Thursday) or were you informed first by Chapman?
I received the email from Ford regarding my build date.

8/9 for me... XLT Hybrid. I'm just hoping I get scheduled this year, much less built! Glad I got my order in though for the 4%. I figured that would go away at some point and did not want to miss out.

Thanks Tom, Steven and Ashlie for everything! You guys have restored my belief in dealerships that they do care about their customers and want them to have a pleasant car purchasing experience.

I have purchased (5) vehicles over the years with my local dealership and each time, I have ended up with a mental breakdown headache over the unnecessary stress those guys put me (everyone) through.
