About 95% of us have the same results you have on the Ford.com site. If you received an email confirmation from Ford, you're good.I have ordered with Chapman in July and verified the reservation with Ford customer service, and I also received the email from ford that day I reserved.
however once I log in the ford.com account I do not see the vehicle listed under "my reservation". Is this something you also experienced?
