They are currently averaging around 10k produced per month so around 2.5k per week.

However, there is no "line". Orders are not picked based on when they were submitted, that is irrelevant. All orders go into a pool and Ford will select orders depending on a variety of factors such as dealer allocation, parts on hand, what the factory is set up for, so on and so forth.

It's more of a lottery than anything, you can be first day to order but last day to be picked if your order and Ford's capabilities do not align.

First lottery I’ve ever played is the Maverick lottery. Odds don’t look good.

Your place in "line" doesn't really exist until you get your VIN. There is no way to know otherwise.
OK, but now that I have a VIN (though no window sticker), what should I expect or be watching for?

Also the priority code makes a difference

I’ll agree about the priority code. Long story super short, my son had to place a new order and the dealership gave him a priority code of 3. Two weeks later he received a build date for the third week of November. 10 days later it got changed to the first week of November. I absolutely feel terrible about hearing prior stories of people waiting 18 plus months

You should be watching 1,000 YouTube videos about all things Maverick, and going on amazon shopping for accessories! As well as pacing back and forth like an expecting parent...

And if you have a 3D printer, definitely printing the chicken nuggets holder for the FITS slot in the back seat. Chicken nugget holder

And, congrats on getting a VIN!

Yeah, but the priority code only matters at that dealer and most dealers assign all orders the same priorities. If all orders are the same priority then there is no priority.

A priority 3 at one dealer doesn't have priority over a 19 at another.
