Not seeing Mavericks in the wild... why not? How about your community?

Local dealer in my little town had one parked on his lot for a day. Sunday, when the dealer was closed. Wasn't his, wasn't for sale, on its way somewhere else. I think they did it just to prove that they are actually making them.

I saw 2 ecoboosts a few months ago a couple weeks apart. Since then I haven't any. My hybrid is the only one that I've ever seen. this is the Austin TX area, so not exactly a small pool. I'm not disappointed with that though. I like being the only one around.

I don't disagree with you. I have never seen a Velocoraptor (whatever you called it). Having owned an Element, I can spot them a mile away. However, outside of the dozen or so in my area I almost never see a wild one. There are two Ridgelines in my subdivision, again those are the only two I see on a regular basis. I thought I saw a Maverick in the wild, but that was an unconfirmed sighting. The most numerous vehicles that I see in my area are a Ford F150 followed by a Subaru Forester.

Finally saw my first in the wild, besides my own and one on the dealer lot, in the Atlanta/Chattanooga area.

It was a white work truck, with Ashley Home company decals.

Saw my first Maverick on the road yesterday, short glimpse as they were turning through an intersection I was sitting at.

Didn't get a good look since I was a few cars back in line and only saw it once it was mostly through the intersection and on it's way. It appeared to be Cactus Grey which was about all I could get in the 3-4 second viewing window.

This was in Estero, FL around 6pm turning from Old 41 to South on 41.

I finally saw one Monday, blue, turned left about 500 yards ahead of me. It's the ONLY other one I've seen in Arizona.

Saw a white hybrid Maverick in front of me at a stoplight today on my way home from work. Not sure which model. Once the light turned green, he went his way and I went mine.
