Not receiving any emails from Ford at all after ordering Hybrid on 7/26

I ordered the hybrid on 7/26. I am not receiving any emails from Ford at all. My dealer is telling me I won’t receive an email until the build is scheduled but I just want to check and make sure that is correct. I was so hoping I would get an email today with a build date but nothing. Thanks!

You should have gotten a confirmation email from Ford when the order was initially submitted. After that nothing until it is scheduled for production.

I only ever received the order confirmation email and then that one later email where they were giving the hybrid owners the FITS package due to the delays.

If you previously opted out of Ford marketing emails, you wouldn’t have gotten it. Also, they said they had issues with some emails. I never got one, but the Marketing team confirmed that they have my order. Shrug.

YOUR NOt alone. i have not recd. one email form FORD MO. CO... Only emaiis I receive are from my dealer. Order 08-23-2021.

We're in the same boat. I ordered my hybrid on 7/05, and also live in Bradenton Florida. The only thing I heard is Jan, or Feb. with free FITS kit!
