Is Thursday coming up the big scheduling day or is the following Thursday? I think it's always 2nd Thursday, but thus also the earliest 2nd Thursday since they went to one big schedule day a month.

Per CommodoreBob, it'll be this Thursday. He's a reliable source (and a fellow Alabamian, I believe, which makes him all the more respectable-like) 😆

Yeah I take his word pretty much as gospel, I must have overlooked it. Thank you!

In theory, we are due for a mass scheduling this week. I think Tim even hinted at it during his podcast last week.

Usual caveat: Ford will do what Ford does.

Tim said that LM unexpectedly got 75 allocations for the month, so expect good things.

Any idea what number of allocations they were typically seeing previously?

I might have missed that. But that would be big.

Maybe 3rd shift coming on?
Maybe. But just because it comes online in July doesn't mean it hits 100% capacity in July. Just because Ford can build 80,000 more vehicles a year doesn't mean they will. Suppliers will still dictate that much.

It varied quite a bit, previously. Tim could better answer this for you.

He said it in a members only livestream.

You might consider becoming a member, there are perks that come with it. Especially if you anticipate ordering another Ford in the future.

My truck is on order at Long McArthur and I'm a member. They have received 18 and then 27 in the past 2 months so 75 is huge. I'm hoping my truck is in the next group selected but you never can tell.

I believe Ford is working on sourcing more Hybrid parts because the engine distribution is now 50/50 Hybrids and Ecoboosts.

One additional shift shouldn't result in a three-fold increase in allocations. Makes me wonder if Ford was indeed front-loading the model year with the fleet orders and are just now getting to mostly focusing on retail.
