Hello all. I found this site while watching a YouTube video and figured I would join to learn more from other owners. Just picked up my 2023 Maverick Hybrid Lariat Lux (Area 51) from the dealer on 5/6. Already loving the mileage and the ride. Cannot wait to customize it over the next few months. First order of business....LineX bed liner hopefully this week. Also this week, getting the truck outfitted with all the hardware to make it towable behind my motorhome. Good things!!!!

Thanks in advance for the welcome.

Welcome aboard from down deep in Texas. Glad you are part of the Maverick family and we all know you enjoy your Maverick from the time you drive it off the dealer lot. It has been the experience of all of us who own them.

The only problem you might run into is getting the towing set up. There seems to be only the Blue Ox or the Roadmaster. Blue Ox requires cutting out areas of bumper for tow hooks and Roadmaster requires removing lower part of grill that some seem to think could void warranty. I am facing the same dilemma with my Lariat Hybrid Lux and cannot figure out which route to take. I am leaning toward the Blue Ox, but know that either way I am looking at about $5K to get everything and get shop to do it. Hopefully you already have everything on your Motor Home, so that cuts it down a lot. I was previously using a tow dolly, but got too old to pull pins, unhook safety chains, etc. Did not want to crawl around on ground any more.

Hi JBryant. Thanks for the welcome. Yes, I already have all the parts and waiting for my mechanic to get me in to fit it. I wound up going with the Roadmaster Nighthawk because it seemed to be the best fit without too much front grill manipulation. I hope to have it installed in the next week, so will share the photos once complete
