My 2019 HD Roadglide was $32,000. My Maverick comes in at $28,000. I traded the glide in a few months back for a HD Pan America which was only $22,000. So I guess my truck will be the most valuable now.

$20k really ISN’T that much for a modern, top of the line bike. Or anything from Europe. Cue: Ducati superleggera and desmosedici, or bmw hp4 race.

Yeah, I ride with a lot of guys on $10k bicycles. Not sure I've ever encountered a $20k build yet, but yeah, they're probably out there.
My best bicycle cost $3k twenty years ago and has been upgraded since. And now I'm on the cheapest bike in the group!

I gave up high-end bikes when I got married. I used to race on a Specialized Shiv, like ~$8k out of the box with SRAM black a decade ago. A new one is $13.5k; a few lightweight goodies easily gets you to $20k. I know several people with rigs in this price range.

I now ride a titanium gravel bike that was ~$1,100 and it's just as fun. We do have full-suspension fat tire e-bikes ordered, those were a little more (~$3.5k each).
