Claims to be available In Stock and has a vin # # and Stock thought this was strange.

Well they claim to have it IN STOCK as well as the other two. I also read on this forum "

Apparently that isnt the case which is a whole new twist. They have 3 units being built and evidently have them for sale whether they have them actually on hand or not so Im confused over what Ford's actual policy is on order fulfillment if dealers are getting an unknown number of builds before customer orders - not for demo purposes which I could see but for actual sale to the public.

I believe that quote was in reference to the Hybrid models. Dealer stock units should only be EcoBoost models if that’s still the case.

I think you're right - also the stock units built in August (there were about 1,300 built) per the Ford august sale release - those are intended to be demo units for dealers

Possibly they wont sell them and the website listing as available is all automatic ....... or they are a car dealer and would sell their grandmother if the price was right hahaha
