Rest assured, you have ordered a fantastic little truck!! Whether you ordered an ecoboost or a hybrid, your little truck will far exceed your expectations!!

I have a ‘22 hybrid XLT with the spray in bed liner and hard top tri-fold tonneau cover that I picked up at the end of March that a customer canceled, as he got tired of waiting, and bought a Ranger.

I love that my truck sits about the height of an SUV. It’s easy to get in and out of, and you don’t need running boards. I can easily reach over the sides of the bed to see and reach whatever I put in there. If you ordered a hybrid, it had plenty of power for being a hybrid!! I’m averaging 42.6 mpg with mine. There’s plenty of leg and headroom in the front and back. I love the underseat storage in the rear. It’s deep enough, and not shallow at all.
I’ve included some pics to give everyone an idea of what I use mine for.

So, sit and be patient, and be confident that you ordered a very nice, multipurpose, well thought out truck!!

Thanks I've been alittle tired of waiting since Aug. 21 but have always thought it could be the perfect size and fit us just right. Thanks again I'm sure it will come sometime.

Welcome any new maverick orderers! Btw... If you're lucky, you'll get your truck in a year. 🤣
According to a Ford dealer if you ordered a 2023 Maverick you won't get it till 2024. The problem being: shortage of parts to build it.

i always need a clean pair of underwear if I’m going on an unplanned trip so this is phenomenal, they really did think of everything!

Ah, yes, the factory is going to sit idle from November 2022 to December 2023 and then build them all at one to deliver in 2024.

Do you have TWO mavs? The first picture is an XLT, and the picture with the trailer has XL wheels.

I found the hybrid XL at the end of January in Gastonia, NC when a customer had to cancel it due to stage 4 cancer. I traded it in on 30 March when a different customer couldn’t wait any longer and bought a Ranger. I got lucky twice, but I did quite a bit of work to find both of those Mavericks.

If you are new here and just ordered your truck, best advice is relax and be prepared to wait. Forget what your dealer told you about 6 to 8 weeks or whatever their number was it's not going to be what they said. There will be hiccups along the way, there will be miscommunications and this and that yada yada. At the end of the day the truck is worth waiting for. I'm ordering a second one and I'm already strapping myself in for a long rodeo of waiting and watching the road between here and it's arrival. Sometimes it's the journey not the destination LOL
