Picked up a set of Bronco Sport wheels that had these [ATRs] installed.
Love the upgraded look for the truck - HUGE difference vs the steelies.

Also: Steelies + ProContact tires = 49.5-49.8 lbs
BS Big Bend + ATRs = 46.2-46.5 lbs

Weight seems correct, as ATRs are listed as 25 lbs and I've seen BS Big Bend at 21.x lbs. So there shouldn't be much of a mpg hit, if any.

I'll update with any relevant feedback, but that might be a while before I get to put them to much use...

Are yours CrossContact ATRs? It's hard to tell in the pic

My CrossContact ATRs have ~10k miles on them now and look virtually new. A plus is that although the size and weight is the same as the stock Hybrid tires, the tread is an inch wider due to the more square shoulders..

Yeah, as soon as the seller sent me a pic, I ID'd the ATRs from the tread (and was stoked b/c I'd wanted a lightweight soft-road tire, but mainly wanted the new wheels)

Any update on these tires?
OP here. As shown in post #19 here I purchased and have ~11k+ miles on them now. I would 1000% buy them again. Virtually as light as the hybrid OEM tire, 1 inch wider tread width, much more aggressive tread pattern, and at 11k miles they still look like new, and zero downside for me....

Other than wear and looks, how do they perform? Wet, dry, gravel, mud, pavement, etc. How do they ride? Noise? Steering feel?

I've had Continental on several vehicles. On most the ride was great, very quiet, but had a somewhat soft sidewall. I just run a bit higher psi and that compensated. One set in the wet had an initial slip but would then set in solid. Others were incredible in the wet and snow/ice, and still had really good dry traction. One set had vague turn-in, but most have a very responsive steering feel.

That's the kind of feedback I'm hunting for. These pickups don't have the best steering feel, and the suspension is muted, but I'm hoping it's the mostly worn out Pirelli tires causing this. I've never had good experiences with Pirelli's.

I am thinking about trying this other new Continental. 26lbs 80k milage W. $175 for 225/65R17. Excellent wet road tire
For a greater load rating and additional circumferential groove, the heavier 235/65R17 may be what you want. Read Tire Racks report which compares.

Agreed. Thanks for sharing. It's 4 lbs. lighter than Michelin LTX, it's new and cheaper. Win-win situation, I think

Did you ever get these? if yes
Could you give a quick summery

Not yet.1.5 years and the original Conti's are still in good shape.
Will get one of these next year, I guess

I have less than 1,000 miles on the CrossContact ATR. So far, they have exceeded my expectations as far as ride, handling and traction. I'm happy with my purchase from tire rack.

I've put about 700mi on the ATRs since replacing the worn out Pirelli's (35,000mi). WOW what a difference!!! Quieter, smoother, MUCH better steering feel, more surefooted in the wet. Seems like slightly better gas mileage too. I've had Continentals on plenty of other vehicles and usually run them a bit higher pressure than the door sticker. Started these at 40psi - now trying 35psi, but think I'll bump it up to 38 and see if I like that. At 35 they lost some steering feel.

I ordered from Discount Tire - they met Tire Rack's price, plus another 10%. Had them in 3 days after ordering.

^^ OP here, I tend to run 38 psi in mine and that seems to be the sweet spot for me... I think mine are at ~12k miles and virtually zero wear. They are like night and day compared to the stock Continentals. I would absolutely purchase them again...
