The cut outs are marked on the backside of the liner. You'll need to take the side pieces of the liner off to find them.

I just installed my Bakflip MX4/Elevate TS rails this morning. I used a hole saw to remove the center of the grommet shown, and fed the hose thru there.

^^, or run them in the gaps in the very front bottom corners of the bed. That’s where mine are so the tubes are not potentially in the way of anything loaded in the bed.

What if you order the drop in liner from the factory. Do they pre drill the drainage holes?

They do not pre-drill the drains or the 12v in body plugs by the tailgate.

I suspect that means I'm going to have to remove the liner to make the cuts.
