I don't know yet. I'll have to see 'her' once she arrives. I call my Corvette Miss Piggy because she was such a mess when I got her. But she cleaned up well

I too am a dork that names their vehicles. I am thinking since I have a Velocity Blue one on order it will probably be called Bluey since the lady is obsessed with that Australian cartoon dog. Normally the name comes after acquisition for me though.

I currently have a pure white 2016 GTI that I call snowball because the one day I waited 2 hours at my grandfathers house for him to get home and it had snowed enough that the car vanished into the bank I was parked next to. He got home later on and wondered how I was there with no car, even though he walked right past it without noticing a sizable mound in the dark. Needless to say it was a good chuckle and a heavy snow.

The 1973 Beetle I call Humphrey cause when I first got it, it was in need of a lot of TLC and my mother started calling it Humpty Dumpty. So I just sophisticated it upon becoming road worthy again and now it is quite a fun car.

The Mazda has not earned a name yet but I tend to call it the Cherry.

No name chosen yet. Ours will be hot pepper red, so "Spicey" comes to mind, but I'd like to think up something a bit more clever. Y'know, like that pastor who named his horse "Retreat" so the parish secretary could tell callers that the pastor wasn't available because he was "on Retreat."

The 1st REAL important thread I have seen on here in a while. I have not fully decided what to name my alto blue Maverick. But, now that the subject has been brought up...I might go with Benjamin Buford Blue (aka Bubba). Now........to get the wife on board with such a great name!
