In that case what is my correct MSRP for model year 2023 at the the time when order banks opened.
Assuming you didn't make any change after the price increase in Feb 2023, in trim/motor. Your MSRP would be what is listed on your window sticker -$500(price increase($400) & delivery($100)). No one knows what other options you added to your build.

You will get your window sticker at about a week before production. Just take $500 off the MSRP on the window sticker, then that is the MSRP for when you placed the order. Again, I assume no change to your order after the price increase.

He gets the $500 if the dealer honors price protection.

What does your purchase agreement with the Dealer show? That will prevail. Did the dealer state in writing that he was price protecting your order? If not, your price could be the final MSRP plus doc fee, tax and tags, or that plus and additional $3000, $5000, or $10,000+ ADM.

Do you even have a dual-signed purchase agreement showing price?

.
I found the price, dealer charged me $22,195 MSRP for my Maverick XL excluding destination and addons.

I'm assuming you initially ordered a 2022, then your dealer rolled that order over to a 2023 in September.

Simply call Ford (800) 392-3673 and ask for your Private Offer Certificate number and value. I did last week, and had the info in 2 minutes. Good luck....

.
I tried that phone number and they transferred me to another number, 1-800-334-4375. That person was able to give me a certificate number and the value..

Are they giving Private offers for 23 rolled over to 24 orders yet? Anyone try that phone number?

They are still holding onto the details, estimate is mid-August which is when they expect to have sorted through the rollover orders that qualify.

Hi, my order is now scheduled to be built. Hopefully, my wait should get over soon. I placed my order with my Ford dealership in the first week of January 2022. Dealership submitted my order when the order banks opened for 2023. In that case what $$ am I entitled to get the private for?
If you're eligible, the offer for an Ecoboost was $1750, and $2750 for a Hybrid. That's a big "If" to lead off ;)

So maybe some others here have information on this.

I called Ford Marketing and got the information for the 23 to 24 offset. They told me up to $2,750, dealer would know the exact amount, but it expires 10/2/23.

Am I supposed to be telling my dealer to lock in that offer before 10/2? I certainly know I'm not getting my 24 by 10/2!

Lets try this again:
1) If you ordered the 2022 Maverick and your order didn't get fulfilled, Ford would have given you a transitional private offer: $1750 for EcoBoost, $2750 for Hybrid.
2) The offers have expiration date on each, should be about 3 months each time, but the offers keep on getting extended, and I would assume until all 2023 Mavericks are delivered.
3) No one has the numbers on what the transitional private offers are for 23 rolling into 24 orders at the moment. 2023 Maverick orders are still being fulfilled, and there should be 1 more week left of scheduling 2023 orders.
4) 2023 rolling into 2024 orders transitional private offers are based on what you ordered on 2023, in motor and trim. Motor options: Hybrid or EcoBoost. Trim: XL, XLT, Lariat, or Tremor. Therefore there should be 7 different valves on the transitional private offer, as Tremor was only available under EcoBoost for 2023.
5) Transitional private offers for 2023 -> 2024 orders numbers should be available after mid Aug. 2023.

The number you got, $2750 sounds like Ford Marketing just gave you a number for 2022 rolling over to 2023 Hybrid orders.

I did not order a 22.

So did they just put the 22 to 23 offset out there for everyone, and it just simply wouldn't be applicable at time of application if you didn't order a 22?

You sure are causing confusion.
You didn't order a '22 so there is no transition offer for that.
If you had a successful '23 to '24 rollover and your '23 isn't built there will be a transition offer (that amount has not been stated yet and won't be for at least 2 weeks).
If your '23 does get built your '24 order is canceled and there is no offer.

I'm not sure what's confusing?

In my first post I said I called Ford and they told me I had a price increase offset that expires in October, but there is no way that my 24 would be built by then.

Another poster quoted me and said that wasn't my 24 offset, the 24 offset isn't out yet and no one knows how much exactly it will be until mid August, that is probably my 22 to 23 offset.

That was where I responded I never ordered a 22 so why would I have a 22 to 23 offset private cash offer.

I got window sticker price of $22,595 for XL excluding options and destination.

You have link to your build tracker? If you do, a week before it goes into production, you should be able to access your window sticker and you will be able to clearly see what the MSRP is. From there, you can just -$480 from it as that is what your original MSRP should have been if you didn't make any change after the price increase in Feb. 2023.

Your dealer should charge you $500 less that what is on the window sticker, which you should get a week before production.

Here is a partial screenshot from my window sticker that I got directly from Ford's tracker a week before production. Which clearly show the MSRP and base price at time of production. But I can just subtract $480 from it to get the price when I ordered the truck since I didn't make change after the price increase in Feb. 2023.

You mention the price should remain the same if I made no changes to trim or moter after the Feb 2023 price increase. After reading about the "free" cargo tie down system with a sprayed in bedliner (SIBL) on this forum, I had my dealer add the cargo tie down system since I already had the SIBIL, well I did get the cargo system free but my Price went up $400 and my delivery went up $100, so not such a good deal (value of cargo system = $225 price and delivery increase = $500). Sounds like that price and delivery increase should not have happened?
