MY23 Order Bank is not working currently at my dealer, how about other dealers

MY23 Maverick showed that the order bank was open, dealer put in my order and details but when clicking on the review button all that happens is a spinning wait icon then an error message.

How is ordering going for others here?

As would (should) be expected. The system can’t keep up with the volume.

I’ld would be surprised if they don’t fill their order volume for MY23 before the end October.

Who would expect Ford to implement a scaled architecture to their servers where it auto-adjusts up and down based on real-time load? Only bust out the big guns when needed and scale back when not?

A reasonable person, that is who.

What does Ford do? Probably have WBDO pointing at some server that was great in 2010 but hasn't changed since.

Yes, a few early orders went through for some dealers...but most of us have just had the spinning icon and error messages. I have my orders saved and will keep checking back all night trying to submit!

Mine crashed as we were trying to figure out why Tremor was not available. Dealership couldn't believe it until I showed them this thread.
