My XLT maverick order

So to start, I placed my order for a maverick XLT with lux and ford copilot back in July. I recently went I check a lariat my local ford dealer had for display; I liked the lariat and I try to change my order. The dealer informed me that they couldn't make any changes because my order was place on the list to be built, but I wasn't given a date as of yet. Have any of you been in this situation?

Did you get a VIN? Ask your dealer for the VIN and the order number from your DORA. You can track the order here. It I possible your order is in Priority 2. This means Ford is looking at it as a potential candidate to be built. A lot of people have been stuck in priority 2 for a long time so doesn’t mean you will get scheduled soon. It can also go back to a priority 10-19, if this happens your dealer can make changes again. If your dealer can’t help you call Ford Marketing at 800-334-4375 to check the status. Under special order it shows: ML261 N RB 2X 220 000897 11 26 21. I have tried the last six numbers and the last nine numbers and neither of those work. Can you tell me where to find the order number? Since I found my Lariat a couple days ago all I have from the dealer is the window sticker so I do not have an order like this one. I’ve tried calling and texting the salesman but have not heard back yet. I can’t find any four digit numbers on the window sticker that might work

The picture is of a DORA. I believe those are created the same day dealer submits order.
Your vin is far more useful.

I’m trying to find the location of the rail car or est. delivery date before I make a 7 hour drive to get the truck. I’ve tried the rail car number on the telephone number but still need another number which I am unable to find on the window sticker.

There is not a priority 1. I would call Ford Marketing and ask them the status. These dealers are confused.

You might have to clear your browser catch data.

Well that's how you get your order number but as far as getting the Ford tracker to work......lets just say it has a less than reliable up time. I guess just double check that your VIN and order# are correct and wait a few hours to a couple of days to see if it starts working.

Similar situation to you. I placed my order in July 2021. I just recently realized the XLT luxury package does not include a moonroof.

Stopped by the local dealership who said - "you can make changes till they schedule you for production, but it may change your priority". I was able to make changes, was at a Priority 2, but I guess was stuck there for months anyway.
