My dealer told me yesterday that my 2022 hybrid xlt is scheduled to be built on Jan 9,2023.Is he smokin something?

Yes. 2023 production starts late November. Unless they are using the term "2022" loosely and mean "Your 2022 that got canceled and entered as a 2023 order in mid September and has now been selected to be built in January as a 23".
