After the tracker was changed a couple weeks ago, my truck went from In Production on 1/12/23 to Built...and then dropped back to In Production again when the 5th tracking box was added. The modules were populated and active, and since it is a Lariat, FordPass told me that my Sync3 was also updated on 1/12/23. Ford Chat verified that the truck went to the "Mod shop", "Body Shop" or whichever you want to call it on 1/12/23 and returned the same day. I suspect that was for the bed rail cleats. Ford Chat gave me an ETA to my dealer of 2/2-2/8/23. So, done, maybe? But the tracker was not updated, and showed a "Last Updated 1/13/23".

As January went by, and seeing nothing happening in the tracker, I asked my dealership to check VinView for the truck's location on 1/30/23. VinView reported that the truck was:
1. Still at the factory
2. There were no exceptions (like chip holds),
2. The truck had an ETA to the dealership of 2/4/23....at a very specific ETA of 17:58 MST. Only 5 days away?????

The salesman said he thought maybe the truck was in "Deep Sleep" since 1/12/23 and just not updating itself as the train moved along...and once it arrived, everything would magically update once the truck was started. That doesn't seem to be the case.

I checked the tracker again today and while there was no change earlier this afternoon, AFTER that ETA had passed, I checked again and the tracker now shows the truck was "built" today, 2/4/23 and Last Updated now says 2/4/23. Three weeks in Production?

Can anyone make sense of what has happened?

As another question, my Window Sticker shows Ramp One as RU08 and I can find nothing online about RU08. I know trucks headed here normally get off-loaded in Denver, which seems to be RY08. Any insights?

Best thing to do is just wait till it comes in, will save you a lot of time waisted on worrying about all this stuff that ultimately won’t change when you get it.

Yeah, you aren't wrong. At least I'm past the earlier issues of COVP, Private offer not being in place, cancelled order, rebuilt (almost correctly) when Ford changed the Lux packages. I rearranged the garages when we had a break from the snow, so I'm ready, whenever it shows up. With the sort of tracking Ford is implementing, I would be better off not trying to use any of them.

Sounds like my story. Showed built then back into production since the 19th of January. Last updated on January 19th. Chat says no problems, dealer says its still at the factory.

The Hermosillo ramp code for Denver appears to be RY7W.

Does that ever change on the Window Sticker? For that matter, does anything on the Window Sticker ever change once issued?

Not so far on mine. I think your invoice will be based on the window sticker issued for production, so the Feb 1 price increase will not apply for stickers issued before Feb 1. I hope it stays the same.

My order pulled an "in production" date of 1/12. Same day my modules went live and customer support later told me it was built on 1/12.

Fast forward to this past Friday 2/3 and my status changed to "built" with a date of 2/3.

When I checked back today to see if perhaps I'd been shipped out this weekend only to find its now gone back to "order confirmed", though all the dates up to and including the built date are still populated.

My best guess is that the pizza tracker is drunk 🤣

Either that or the Pizza tracker-input-er is high.
My tracker still says built 2/4 as of now. I am 1677/2197 for that week according to my WS.

So where the heck is RU08? A secret place. Edit: I just looked through my dealer's inventory and found another window sticker for a Bronco with RU08, so I guess it is normal.

How do you check to see if your modules are live? Thanks

Use the "Trackers" tab at the top of the page for the links. If the modules have numbers in them for your VIN, then they are "live."

RU08 is the Union Pacific (Rolla) Yard in Denver.
