After 9 months I get a call on Friday the 13th that my truck is ready for pick up. Well nothing could be more lucky for me that day. I thought maybe I should wait till the 14th Considering how bad has went for others.
But I could not wait.
First I would like to tank Henry Ford and Company for the design of the Maverick
Second I would like to thank all the hard working peeps at Hermosillo Mexico. The lines are more symmetric and even then a 100k tesla.
Thirdly I would like to thank all the wonderful people at North County Ford. From the GM to the sales team. Not one penny over MSRP. “Back in the day, we would call this not a penny over Invoice” to you younger wiper snappers.
“Even though it took 35 miles on the odometer before I took possession to do it”
I am very impressed of the build quality, comfort and what I got for my money
My only gripes are
How loud that external speaker is.
And the vibration in dash when going over dips and ruts.
This in addition to what else bothers others too but these stand out the most.
Car play works better then my wife’s Subaru
And the lane assist 360 works better then her EyeSight system. A good investment.
Surface finish, hood protector, homelink mirror and tailgate assist on the way.
