I like it. Like others have said it defeats the purpose a little. Personally I would have trimmed about half as much as you did. I also dont like the pocket style flares that are designed to look like you ran self tappers into your sheetmetal(like bushwackers used too lol). If I was doing mods to em I would also fill in and glass over the pockets for a smooth flare look. More muscle car, less tactical camo bro.

Aside from my notes the cut and notch looks nice, just I would have it cover a touch more of the tire.

Thanks for sharing, it's coming along nicely! Inb4 you show us a photo of the fender flares still working as intended.

In the photo with the hole cut out, the fender looks hollow - did you form additional plastic to fill the cavity and make the curved face?

Yes, that hole is where I cut out the bolt pocket and filled with plastic, my cut will have to come right through that area

I like it. Almost makes it look like a drift fender flare. How are you reattaching the material to fill the cut and holes? Look forward to seeing your progress.

I think it will look pretty badass. I like the short and wide look, what’s the specs on the wheel/tire setup?

I was thinking you were modifying to mate it with mud flaps. That would have made sense.
I'm usually function > fashion, though. You do you.
I would have left the truck stock if I was about function

I think it looks pretty bad @$$! I like things to be functional but at the end of the day a tough looking truck is a tough looking truck! can't wait to see the painted version.
