Mix and Matching Rims?

I really like the black rims form the FX4 package, but it's not offered on the XL, could I technically order those through the dealer as accessories and have them installed at delivery?

Would also help since I won't need to buy rims for the winters

you could. Probably a TON cheaper to wait for takeoffs to show up on ebay/craigslist/fb marketplace as people put aftermarket wheels on

I wouldn't mind trading my Lariat rims for some XLT rims. I think they look better. Wasn't an option, though.

Yep. This is what I would like to do with my Lariat wheels as well.
