I bought these before I received my truck, only to pleasantly discover that my Lariat came with the OEM bed rails installed. I'd now prefer to get the rail-version of the Maxzina ratchets over the fixed ratchets (and mod them to fit the OEM bed rail), so these are now for sale here (Because I discovered this too late to exchange them on Amazon... grrrr).
