How did you come to this conclusion?
Rather simple. U-Haul= has Maverick(s). 2022 or earlier orders (many)= don't have Mavericks.
There supposedly was some prioritization for individuals ordering.

Having ordered a 23 and never even seen a Maverick I'd pay $20 for a test drive just to decide what do to for the next year or so.
$19.95/day plus mileage and other fees.

I just checked my uhaul location. They don’t seem to have Mavericks. Dang.

lol my luck the Maverick would be the only rent a truck when the every other yard a true truck I would need, uhaul is my backup reason going Maverick light duty truck could work.

Were you able to tell if it was hybrid or Ecoboost? I would guess probably EB but you never know.

That's some fuzzy math right there. Sprinkle in a bit of conjecture and a little dash of personal bias and I could see how this would make sense.
