Ordered mine on Oct. 25 and all I have is an order confirmation from Ford, nothing more. No Vin, no scheduled build, no more info. Same for you fellow Oct. order guy?

* The EPA Certifications causing the Hybrid delays have been received, opening up the floodgates to release the Marevicks previously built and begin the build the Mavericks previously ordered. Cassie said this information is suitable for publication. Done!

Can anyone else confirm this?
my order for Lariat hybrid build date of WEEK of 12-13

I ordered my ecoboot XLT on the 4th but I added the 400w inverter on the 5th because I totally spaced adding it initially and only have an order confirmation from Ford so far as well.

1st Post, previous interaction was solely as a stalker, lurking...

The 800-334-4375 Ford Marketing # is a valid option, just requires patience. Eventually spoke with Cassie, who is (unofficially) The Maverick Specialist, who provided a wealth of information:

* The EPA Certifications causing the Hybrid delays have been received, opening up the floodgates to release the Marevicks previously built and begin the build the Mavericks previously ordered. Cassie said this information is suitable for publication. Done!
* She confirmed that the Spray In Liner REMAINS as an option for the Lariat Lux Package AND that there was a November 10 cutoff for the XLT Lux Package to receive a Spray In Liner.
* 9-21 was the receipt date of the Ford confirming email I received ('you're in our system, Scheduled For Production will be the next benchmark you'll receive from Ford').
* Cassie confirmed this Carbonized Gray Hybrid Lux Package Lariat with my name on it is in the Ford system, which means my Dealer Salesman did well...
* I am in queue, just like I've been since September.
*Groundhog Day 2022 is the current over/under for the date this Maverick will be driven off the lot. I'm taking the 'under'.

On to the day. Take care.
I called the Ford marketing number earlier today, and actually was able to speak with Cassie, who was extremely nice and helpful. However, she could not find my order in the system, as I did not have the order number. I did not have my paperwork with me at the time. I told her I remember a number 9500 on the paperwork I had, but she said that was the right number. Looking at the paperwork, it specifically says "Preview Order 9500", but she didn't find it under that number. I called my dealer and they told me that number would follow my order the whole way through. I'm thinking that is not the correct number.
Did anyone have both a "Preview Order #" and an actual order number?
I'm not sure the dealer understands the process.

The order number is on your DORA, see Order Code near upper right in the DORA below.

Order confirmation from whom?

Ford or the Dealership?

If dealership then it is very likely that the dealership never entered your email address into the ROVP system and Ford has no way of contacting you.

my order for Lariat hybrid build date of WEEK of 12-13
I ordered my XL Hybrid on June 17, 2021 and got the confirmation email from Ford within the following hour. Received the October 21, 2021 email from Ford acknowledging the Hybrid delay, with Ford throwing in the FITS accessories. Still no build schedule yet, but maybe this week?

Walked into the Ford dealer (Montrose Ford, Fairlawn, OH) I ordered it from earlier today and they have no additional information on my order. They have only gotten one Maverick delivered to them so far, an XL EcoBoost fleet order that the commercial customer who ordered it cancelled on at the last minute. They immediately sold it at $10K over MSRP to a retail customer. On my order, they again confirmed that they will be selling it to me at MSRP when it finally gets delivered, same as all retail vehicles they have specifically ordered for a customer. My deposit was $500.

Now dealer stock orders with them on high demand, low availability vehicles are another story. They had two loaded F-150's that just arrived, one for $68K and the other for $77K. Bronco's (not the Bronco Sport) go for $30K over MSRP there. Wow!

Including the few options on my order, I'll get my Velocity Blue XL Hybrid for just under $24K out the door. A real deal in my book.

To HS Dan: didn't think to ask about an email address to short circuit hold time, mostly cuz I got several answers I needed and the unexpected news of the EPA Certs. I did ask "Is this Public Information that can be posted to a Public Forum?" and the answer was "Yes".

I hope this doesn't turn into a "Dewey Defeats Truman" headline...
Anytime I have called, I have not been on hold for long. All the ladies I have talked to have been most professional and pleasant.

No, the date is based on when you selected the luxury package. If your order did not have the luxury package and then you try to change your order today, your luxury package will have DIBL not SIBL.

Also if you have the luxury package on order prior to change and remove it and try to add it again you will get the luxury package with DIBL.
Makes perfect sense; cutoff is for the package, not the truck. So if you change today, you're ordering the Lux package today. Today the available Lux package comes with DIBL.

Thanks for the information from Customer Service.
I do want everyone to know that there is a difference between EPA Certifications released and OKTB. Ford told us (I released a video) on October 21 that EPA was released giving us those numbers but Ford said that there is still some work that needs to be done before they can be released from the factory to ship to dealers (OKTB). But now that we have EPA numbers the factory will open up the "floodgates" to build more hybrid which is why we (Long McArthur) saw 20 allocations (0 hybrids) in October and seeing 118 allocations in November. We should see a bunch more hybrids scheduled for January production.

Another thing I noticed is that the Drop-in Bedliner (DIBL) change on the XLT Luxury Package happened sometime between 11/1 and 11/6, not 11/10. Just to clarify for those with those orders. Look at your order sheet and you will see one or the other on the sheet as part of that package. That is what will be built on your order. As confirmed by the Brand Manager, orders submitted before the change will still have Spray-in Bedliner (SIBL).

Thank you to the OP for posting, don't be shy to post, we love getting all the details we can on the Maverick. I just wanted to clarify information I have for those that don't get a chance to watch the weekly live stream or my Maverick videos.
Tim you are without a doubt Da Man:) Oh, I have a build date of Dec 2nd (XLT AWD with The Luxury Package etc) and I believe, I believe....stop Uncle Fred, stop. There's Santa's Cane by the fireplace:) Sorry, I dozed off for a second did I miss anything;)

No FITS email?! Have you called Ford and confirmed your order is in their system?
