I have 3 old rangers on my street. Amazing considering I live in the rust/winter belt. Hope my maverick lasts as long. This Maverick poses next to a spiritual predecessor - the 2000 Ranger.
Wow, basically the Maverick isn't even double the price. That helps to put into perspective that prices have not risen crazily in 28 years. And there is so much more in the Maverick XL as far as standard features. Thanks for posting!!My Uncle bought new in 94 XL. I bought from his daughter after he passed away. 61,500 mi. drives and runs great. Crank down windows and only button on steering wheel is horn.
No not bad at all after accounting for inflation from 1994 to today... the actual value of that $11,600 is ~$21k. Right in line with current Maverick baseline prices.Wow, basically the Maverick isn't even double the price. That helps to put into perspective that prices have not risen crazily in 28 years. Good for you!My dream truck was a 2011 Ranger Sport in Grey, but had zero credit at the time then they stopped making them. Glad 10 years later I'll get my truck.
Using a different inflation calculator, with a MSRP of $11,602 in 1994, would be the equivalent of $21,485 in today's dollar. Amazing how Ford does that.My Uncle bought new in 94 XL.
