Can you provide the source for this? I keep hearing 110,000 orders vs 110,000 reservation, which are not one in the same.
The 110,000 was Ford motors PR release earlier this year. The sales numbers are that now. The Hermosilla Assembly Plant in Mexico can produce about 300,000 cars (wiki)a year barring shutdowns and supply delays. They make both the Bronco and the Maverick there. So a month production is 20,000 to 25,000 total for both. If they produce 12,000+ Broncos you get 8,000+ Mavericks. But that is if all the supplied parts are there and ready for production. I look for Ford to close the 2022 Maverick 2.0 eco boost sales possibly by end of 1st Quarter 2023.

If they built 6300 in November and only sold 2500, where are these trucks? We know there are some sitting in lots awaiting transit, but how many are at dealers?

I thought production for dealer stock was supposed to be very low. There are either a lot of trucks in transit, a lot of orders that dealers kept after buyers asked to cancel, or a lot of fake dealer orders. If the latter 2 possibilities are true, that shows how broken the ford ordering and dealer system is, and changes must be made.

Dealer greed is running rampant with the 5-10k markups. It should probably be investigate as market manipulation. Everyone with an order should be able to be named as a plaintiff on a class action if it turned out to be true.
