Maverick deliveries ramping up in Nebraska

I don’t have much to share other than a few photos of Bronco Sports and Mavericks being delivered to happy customers. I spoke with the driver and he said they are starting to show up more often!

Anyone in the Omaha/Papillion area with a hybrid version they'd show me? I've driven the 2.0L but am uncertain of the CVT whine. My plan is to order one as soon as possible anyway but I'd like to know what I'm getting into if possible.

What is this whine you're asking about? Never heard anyone complain about a whine in the Hybrid Maverick.

Also, the Maverick Hybrid has an eCVT, not a CVT. Two completely different transmissions. The CVT typically has belts or pulleys. The eCVT, which has been around for many years, has planetary gears - no belts or pulleys. Also, a fraction of the moving parts, compared to a conventional automatic transmission.

Thanks for the replies and the video. I went ahead and ordered a Hybrid the first minute reservations opened. 4 others ordered 4 days after I did... They've all got their Mavericks (One was identical to mine in all but sunroof and color) Now, mine is scheduled for the first week of September. We'll see... Anyway, I'm looking forward to the new ride.
