Named mine Freddie after my late grandfather who worked in the print shop in Dearborn most of his adult life. I actually ordered Freddie under his Z Plan (grandmother is still around) in atlas blue as a hat tip to the 2nd gen bimini blue v6 tempo (complete with matching fuzzy dice) that was the last car he ordered under his benefits.

Grandpa Fred passed before I got my license so I made building Freddie into something he'd thought was cool into a passion project and he definitely would have been all about making the mav into a sleeper loaded with old school call backs.

"THE NEVER" - Because during the Production/Shipping/Immediate Recall (Fuel Tank) - I kept saying "It's NEVER going to be HERE" - The title just stuck and was fitting!
