Mabett's website directs you to reach out to customer service if you have an issue but provides no link to customer service nor a phone number. I have an issue (actually three but two are minor) with my hood and tailgate strut kit. The minor ones are that the hood kit causes the hood to not close unless you reverse the brackets that attach to the hood itself and the strut interferes with the washer fluid reservoir. The major one is that one of the ends for the tailgate strut came completely mangled and I need it replaced.
