Lyse Blue Maverick Build From Brazil

Hey guys, my name is Lucas and I just got my Maverick.

They just arrived in Brazil and they are a rare sight, so I looked in the internet for information and find you. For that, thank you very much, you helped a lot.

Mine is a Lariat FX4 (the only version who came to Brazil) in Lyse Blue. It's a little dirt, but I hope you like.

Scoop / Wheel archers / bed rack / tonneau cover - All Ford, installed at dealership

Yokohama Geolander G105 245/70 on 17' stock wheels
1.5 in spacers (front and back)
No lift

Painted the front grill in Black
Darkened the front and rear light with PPF by Stek
Window filme on all 4 windows by Stek
Darkened the front and rear Ford logos
Painted all brake callipers in black
Maverick logo on scoop

Looks great! Nice and tight. So is there any rub with the 245/70s? Or were the spacers to get out of the rub?

I love it. In North America the Maverick is considered an inexpensive vehicle. Would the same be true in Brazil?

If you wonder why your preorder from last summer didnt come, they ended up in Brazil and Canada instead... Well done Ford, well done!! Wonder how much tax incentives we give them to be globalist instead of national interests first. Sad its built in Mexico in the first place, nothing against them but it should be build in Michigan.

American markets werent too sure about a small truck at the point they decided to build em so they broke it up with a country that has HUGE Maverick history. Mavericks are like the Mustang of Brazil, and then came the SUV. Its a very important market for the name. There should have been 2 factories.

The tires fits but after I installed the spacers I started to notice some rubbing. Still thinking about, but probably gonna take the front ones removed. A smaller tire (245/65) will not have this problem.

No. It sits kind of a middle ground.
Just for comparison (in Br currency)

Volkswagen Saveiro (smaller truck) 75k
Fiat Toro (same size, diesel, luxury version) 190k
Ford Maverick 240k
Ford Ranger 290k
Ford Ranger (luxury version) 340k
Dodge RAM 1500 450k

The RAMs are the only option bigger than the Ranger in Brazil right now. Next year Ford will launch the F150 Lariat over here, the will probably be over 450k

Probably there's a way, but I can't help since it's only available at dealeships to new owners.

That's true. Brazil have a long history with the maverick and have a bigger market for smaller trucks. For a long time Ford Ranger, Chevy Colorado (renamed S10 over here) and Toyota Hilux was the bigger trucks you could buy. Besides that, we have a smaller line of trucks that goes way back to the 60s.

Ford F150, RAM 1500, Chevy Silverado are very big cars over here (and very expensive too).
