Ive searched and all I can find is 147 ft/lb, but I'm guessing this is for steel wheels.

What is everyone torquing the tremor wheels to?

Google AI is giving me 100 ft/lb and when I took off the wheels that seems to be right.

Thanks.

it is 147 and I also find that strange, but it's true.

It's due to the larger thread pitch used, which requires more torque to achieve proper force to the hub. Ford used truck studs & lugs on the Maverick, not the thinner car/SUV threading.

The amount of torque applied to the lugnuts is proportional to the amount of bolt stretch required to hold them properly. The Mav uses the same thread size and material as the F150, and therefore the same torque. It should be 147-150ft-lbs on these larger lugs. The Bronco Sport and Escape might be the same platform, but they are on different axles, and use the smaller 90ft-lbs lugnuts for cars and SUVs.

Being a Tremor model has nothing to do with it. Its all about the lug size.

Google AI just give the most common answer to any question AS PHRASED. it may be affected by the tire size a 225 is an automobile size whereas a 235 is a light truck size (generally). AI answers cannot be dependently relied on without verification!
The search phrase could be parsed in the form aircraft, plane, winged, powered, etc to get a frequency matched.

All models of Maverick, all years, all tire sizes, all wheel types: 147 ft/lb.

Yes, it seems a little excessive.

However, I have torqued mine to about 100 and none of them have loosened. YMMV.

I just hope I'm never called upon to change one of my tires on the side of the road. I should probably get a bigger/longer lug wrench. 😬

im always 95-100 lbs on the torque wrench or what the tightness is that the truck starts moving.

Your truck will start moving with less torque if tightening the nut to the right of the center as opposed to the nut left of center. Assuming you are pushing down to tighten all the nuts. Uneven torque can lead to rotor warpage. Can't speak from experience with the Maverick, but my old Taurus was very sensitive to this. Torque wrench is the way to go.
