Hey all,
I have a 2023 Hybrid Maverick XLT, I'm looking to outfit my truck to be a utility vehicle (racks, amber/emergency lights, radio, etc.). This is mostly just a general inquiry about how much stuff can tap into the vehicle's power, as well as seeing how anyone with these things installed have done it.
I also saw that there is a website that sells solar cells that look like they connect up to the battery, not sure if anyone here has heard of/done this or not.
Planned Mods:
- Grille and rear lights (strobe/solid function preferred)
- Lightbar (strobe/solid function and low-profile is preferred)
- Bed Molle panel (x2), I plan on attaching various equipment to these.
- Midland radio unit (still not sure exactly what model, if anyone has a preference, I would greatly appreciate it)
- Not sure about racks yet, was thinking about a durable roof rack or getting rid of my current tonneau for one that is compatible with racks.
